By accessing typematchapp.com and the TypeMatch application “app” you are agreeing to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use. This is a contract between you and TypeMatch LLC, whereby by “agreeing” you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
After downloading the app, you must register for an account. To register you must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the app by the laws of your home country.
You will be able to use your Facebook login details if you so choose. By logging in with Facebook you authorize us to access and display information from your Facebook account including:
– First and last name
– Facebook ID
-Email address used
You will not be allowed to share an account; only one person per account.
If you need to delete your account you can do so at any time by accessing the settings page when you are logged into the app. From there, your account will be deleted and all information removed as soon as possible.
If you want to renew your account you will have to re-register the account entirely, we do not save information.
We reserve the right that at our sole discretion to terminate or suspend any accounts at any time without liability and may do so without prior notice.
What you post will be held as ‘your content’ and is the information you provide to TypeMatch. You will be held liable for content you have posted, so we highly recommend you do not post any personal contact or banking information on your profile.
You do not have any rights in relation to other member’s content and cannot not use pictures or information that is not yours. We have the right to terminate your account if you misuse other’s information. Users can report any abuse or complain about member content by contacting us, outlining the abuse and/or complaint. You can also report a user directly from a profile or in chat by clicking the ‘Block & Report’ link.
Our content is everything on the website and belongs to TypeMatch LLC:
- Personality type description and “Nickname”
- Graphics
- Artwork
- Other intellectual property
Our content is licensed and protected by copyright and trademark intellectual property laws.
Our in-app purchasing will be done in the form of our “Gold Membership”. If you choose to purchase the membership, you acknowledge and agree that additional terms may apply to your use of, access to and purchase of services. You may purchase a “Gold Membership” through the following payment methods:
(a) making a purchase through the Apple App Store ® or Google Play Store
(b) paying with your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account, which will be processed by a third-party company
- By using a third-party account you are to abide by that third party’s terms and conditions as well as those of TypeMatch LLC
By subscribing to a “Gold Membership” your payment method will continue to be billed for the subscription until you cancel. To terminate a subscription, you must use the third-party account subscription cancelling instructions, deleting the application WILL NOT disenroll you. Upon purchase of the “Gold Membership” a 30-day cycle begins, at the end of the 30 days your account through which you made the initial purchase will be charged and subsequently charged every 30-days until cancelled. By cancelling the “Gold Membership” your card will no longer be charged for the subscription and you will have to re-enroll in the subscription if desired. TypeMatch will not reimburse any unused credit, your account will remain as a “Gold Membership” account for a 30-day period then return to a non-paid account at the end of the term.
Premium Services may include one-time purchases as well as monthly subscriptions. If a ‘free trial’ is given, you will be charged the price of the subscription and will continue to be charged until you cancel your subscription. You must cancel before the end of the free trial period, subscription period or renewal. We do not hold responsibility and have no liability for any payment processing errors, fees, or other service-related issues, including those issues that may arise from inaccurate account information. You are not entitled to a refund of any unused portion of any fees, payments or other consideration.
